I downloaded Photoshop CS 6 and I was amazed by the new capabilities it offers. What you see in the picture is indeed a timeline out of Photoshop CS 6. I have to say even though Adobe took a big leap into video production with the CS 6 release I still think it is very limited to the average consumer. Programs like after effects and Premiere pro can perform much better and offer more control. Adobe After effect CS 6 New Features :

Adobe premiere pro had proven over the last few years that it is a strong competitor to other dominant Non Linear Editing system out there. Prior to version 8 the program suffered many flows primarily lack of stability and limited support. For instance premiere pro 7 couldn’t export a sequence that is longer than 7 or 8 minutes at one time. Pathetic…
